Happy Hearts Day

I am not sure why I like Valentines Day. Dave has always called it a "Hallmark Holiday" and from our earliest dates, it has not really been celebrated much. We don't really do much for Valentines, although Dave and I did get a steak from a local grocery store and ate it after the kids went to bed this year. A few years ago, on a whim, I bought the kids little boxes of Valentines candy and I guess it has become a tradition. It's just one of those fun little things, I guess. Well, I couldn't resist putting up a few photos from Valentines Day:

Below is a little picture of Anna with her craft from that morning. The little paper plate guy with fold-out arms and she is saying, "I love you THISSSSS much!"
