Disney!

So we've been living in Florida almost two years now, one hour from "The Mouse." We figured it was time for a visit. We came up with some creative and not-so-creative (beans and rice) ways of saving up, and Monday was our magical day at the Magic Kingdom!

It was an absolutely delightful day! We were able to be there from the opening show to the closing fireworks, saw everything we wanted to see, and the kids enjoyed everything. (Tip for would-be visitors: the crowds were totally manageable; September is off-season in general, but I suspect it also helped that the following day was the "Halloween Party," so multi-day visitors would likely go on that day. We had very little wait for any attractions.)
